Congratulations. I think it's better not allow a guest to touch the meat directly, until the pandemic is done. You should just have your employees take care that part. To avoid contamination
I agree. I’ve never seen a meat shop where customers directly get the meat from the chiller. Here in NY, there’s about 2-4 employees behind the chillers to assist. I tell them what I want and how I want it cut. Then they weigh it and give it to me in a plastic with the sticker.
Not to be negative, but Filipinos rarely buy from specialist meat shops. We usually buy meats from the groceries or from the palengke. I've seen several Monterey meat shops open and close within just 6 months. I hope this isn't the case for your shop. I wish for you the best.

Congratulations. I think it's better not allow a guest to touch the meat directly, until the pandemic is done. You should just have your employees take care that part. To avoid contamination
I agree. I’ve never seen a meat shop where customers directly get the meat from the chiller. Here in NY, there’s about 2-4 employees behind the chillers to assist. I tell them what I want and how I want it cut. Then they weigh it and give it to me in a plastic with the sticker.
Not to be negative, but Filipinos rarely buy from specialist meat shops. We usually buy meats from the groceries or from the palengke.
I've seen several Monterey meat shops open and close within just 6 months.
