could make it so the special attack is able to be used when the timer reaches under 100 seconds left, and they have to land a one time use slash infront of them that’s got okay hitbox but isn’t very big but still it does oneshot. and make it cost A LOT.
I feel like this could be a weapon if it was like a nerfed version (without the one shot and like 50% less dmg) for like a reset and beat chara and 750 wins
I feel like it could possibly keep the one shot but you would need a bar to full the bar only fills only when you hit the sans once it fully full it has a 30 sec cooldown then when the cooldown is ready you can use it and ofc a dmage nerf in my version I think it should cost 2K wins+chara beaten+reset+hate chara beaten

to be fair, it's an _admin_ tool/character, not a _public_ tool/character. admin tools/characters are made to be op as they're meant for exclusive use regarding developers/admins to mess around with.

I think even for a admin weapon for the gameplay to be more fun the special should be close range and the other attacks could stay the same
