I can tell you from first hand experience there is NOTHING like hearing the sound of wild wolves howling. I woke up to some wolves howling not too far from where I was camping in Lamar Valley, YNP. They were very close. It was one of the best mornings I've ever had, and I still tear up just thinking about how incredible that experience was. I really hope the the US will do a better job protecting these incredible animals in the years to come. Thank you both for sharing your adventures with us freely on RUclips, and for inspiring all of us to take care of our natural resources and wildlife
Great comment. I live in northern Wisconsin. One big one is simply no hunting. We've had several wolf hunts here between governor's and presidents. It's disgusting. Another is bear hunting with dogs. The dogs run through den sites during wolf pup littering. Wolves don't tolerate this and kill the dogs. Not fair to the dog either. Bear hunters get angry and poach. In Wyoming these ranchers run them down with snowmobiles and kill them. Wolves should be protected at all costs. Do not kill wolves. Kings of the forest and I'm privileged to see them occasionally.
you probably dont care but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost the login password. I would love any help you can offer me!
@Aaron Jairo i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
LOL!! Well its common knowledge, that if you can mimic the sound of a wolf howl in their territory they usually come close to investigate. @NomadicNorthwoods

It's amazing that in just a few years we've gone from 59 to 63 National Parks.
That is so awesome!!!
