Before eradicating humankind from the world, the gods give them one last chance to prove themselves worthy of survival. Let the Ragnarok battles begin.
I actually don’t have a problem if they pull out some crappy power at the end to revive all the dead people and gods. At least Adam
I’m satisfied with the end to this round but I still believe Adam should have won tbh. Definitely my favorite character in the show so far.
This scene made me shed tears after hearing Adam’s answer to Zeus.
Adam just casually declaring all of humanity are his children and he'll fight to protect them is, quite honestly, a magnificent fucking move.
HERE'S MY THEORY, ALL the budget went into Adam's Answer, and the rest was history.
One of the best lines in any show or movie.
Is it just me or am I the only one getting goosebumps from this scene?
I really wasn't expecting such a silly, what-if scenario of an anime to nearly get a tear out of me.
This really does a good job illustrating the biggest difference between Zeus and Adam. Zeus was a man practically born into vengeance. He became king by getting revenge on his father, and ever since any monster, god, or man who dared challenge him he took it upon himself to always get revenge. But Adam only wants the love of his family, even if it meant leaving Eden and eternal paradise. He could have tried to become an agent of hatred and bitterness towards the gods but instead he decided to only focus on his family. And the only reason he does fight is when his family is threatened
Is there any man alive who needs a reason..to protect his very own children
“Is there any man alive who needs a reason,to protect his very own children”Has to be one of the coldest lines I’ve ever heard in an anime.
He has the moral character that exceeds divinity.
I am someone who went from anti-religion, to buddhist, to agnostic I never felt so moved before Adam saying 'What man wouldn't protect his own children', it struck a chord with me. My family is from varying beliefs. But who are united under the banner of family, be my siblings Christin, Buddhist, Jewish, Agnostic or otherwise we know our family and we know we love eachother regardless. So hearing the father of man himself say those lines (be me a believer of Adam or not) I can feel the weight of a man wanting to protect his children regardless of their walk in life. My father doesn't get my believes but he knows me as his child and protects and guides me all the same to be a good man. My mother does the same despite having a different believe as my father and my siblings the similar, all we know is that regardless of what we believe or who we pray to, we must be good people and we must love our family and siblings.
Somebody gather the dragon balls and bring Adam back !!!!! If anyone deserves a resurrection hack.....it's Adam !!!!😭
“Is there any man alive who needs a reason to protect his own children?”
This Adam is a true pure hero. This type of character has been around for quite some time.
It's interesting how this fight humbled Zeus. He no longer underestimates the humans and even acknowledges that they're cool and have no limits
This anime is so over the top. And yet when Adam said that I teared up. The truest essence of masculinity.
Adam is the example all fathers should follow, he is truly a great man
"For the 1st time in history humanity became one" what a sight that would be to witness fr.... That line always lives rent free in my head
