My guess for the question at the end is urine levels of Uric Acid. Low levels might indicate underexcretion and high for over production

I had Diabetes II, HT, am 55yo male, and had gout in my right big toe. I went to pure fat (60-70%) and protein (30-40%) and "zero" carbs. All gone (reversed utterly) ... why? Curious why this works against the common wisdom.
If this helps: Chol = 210; HDL=55; LDL=158; VLDL=17 (type "a") ... TGL=88 ... HbA1c=3.82 ... fasting ins.=3.2 ... ave. dailly gluc.=62.9 ... HOMA-IR=0.497.

How come some people function only on carnivore diet? The overexcretion of uric acid doesn't affect their kidneys? How about uric acid crystals in urine? How do they function for years only eating meat?!
Just because someone might have high uric acid level doesn’t necessarily mean that they will have symptoms because of it.

@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I have high uric acid blood level. And high acid level in urine (low ph) . My kidney function is "normal". Could eating alkaline diet help? What's the most common causes?
The question is: "Why is your blood uric acid level high?" Adding bases to acids will not treat the underlying cause of the high uric acid.
An analogy is someone who has a flood in the basement, and trying to get rid of the excessive water before turning off the water tap (faucet) first.
I am not saying it's going to be easy to find the answer.
Moreover, what's your blood pH?

@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I don't know why its high. The local GP did the basic regular check up (blood test) and said everything looks normal apart from UA. I've experimented with lots of different diets with no effect on UA. What's the common causes for it doctor? where should i look first?

Jisko bhi uric acid ki dikat hai to 5 din ya one week fast(bhuka) rkho or dba kr gunguna pani pina hai.. fast mai sirf night (raat)8 bje ke sirf ek fal khana hai.. Yakin maniye uric acid sahi ho jayega chahe kitna bhi ho.. Mene yese he apna uric acid sahi kiya tha or mai sab kucch khata hu ✌✌✌✌✌
