    No one should chalk things up to childhood imagination. Children, or at least this child, had great recall and mental reporting. I had to be the adult as adults around me didn’t protect or act like adults. I was my own protector and what I saw was mentally recorded. Trust yourself and your kid self.

    Wow an old story, but from my neck of the woods. Lots of 'bear wallows' around northern NM. But there is one just east of Taos in Pot Creek. Most of the Jemez has burned sense his story, several bad forest fires. Have heard of some resent sightings on Ute Mountain just south of the CO. border.

    I think, Nance, that most people experience encounters with Bigfoot/Sasquatch more often when there are only one or two people. If there's a bigger group, they are not quite so prone to do the wood knocks, although the smell may or may not be present. Encounters that I have heard while listening to you are usually found as above with only 1 or 2 people at a time, & other times people in a couple are only going to see the X's made with trees,& depending on how big the trees are makes the experience special. It makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up & generally gives you the "willies." Back to you Nance.

    • @BuckeyeBigfoot
      @BuckeyeBigfoot  5 лет назад +2

      Lisa Keith - I wonder if it's because larger groups of humans are rarely quiet enough to have an encounter. Either they are loudly talking, lots of walking, etc and give lots of notice to anything in the area to stay hidden. Even hunters when they go out in groups tend to spread out and are very, very quiet, for obvious reasons.
      The one or two people out there aren't usually making a lot of noise by themselves. Just a possibility.

      Population management. Animals like bears live on small "islands" after the encroachment of man has shrunk their territory. Game and Fish biologists and other wildlife scientists tag, track and monitor population health and size. When there are too many of one species or not enough the whole echo system suffers and one way to manage is hunting licences. Hunters pay for 90% of wildlife conservation by the way and critics most often contribute 0%.

    It's people like that Uncle that are the problem. They put themselves in denial, aren't man enough to tell his own wife that this encounter occurred, and when his nephew tries to talk about it, he changes the subject. If more people told the TRUTH, then for one more people would be more aware the things are real and maybe the government would actually acknowledge these beings are most definitely in North American Forests.
    THIS DOESN'T HELP ANYONE, AND IT'S A SELFISH ACT. SPEAK THE HELL UP. DO NOT CLAM UP, TELL YOUR FAMILY.

    Hi my fellow Utubers and of course ournarrator with the lovely voice who has named us sasquads. That stench which is the identity of sasquatch. I have thoughts of how they come by it. They don't stoop to defecate. They stand upright without even squatting. Therefore their waste matter must surely fall on some of their hair. They don't even wipe with leaves. They take baths but rub themselves with mud from the bottom of streams. Maybe it is a good thing that they stink like road kill skunks so that sometimes we are made aware of their presence.
