So i think mine is defective cause when i plug mine in, it just defaults to red, the button doesnt change colors and i cant control it through the iCue software. I have noticed soon as you plug it in, it will finally go to my Mural settings but then immediately go back to red with no controls. Has this happen to anyone else before. Its done this since day one.
Hi mate, I haven't personally tested them. But Corsair do a version of this with the exact same dimensions for cheaper without the RGB. As said, I was really happy with the RGB version, so if I wanted a none RGB version, I would probably get this 👉🏻 amzn.to/3LIeB0h Let me know what you think 👍🏻

You will need to disable iCUE if you wish to use the button to change I believe.
out of curiosity...do you have any recommendations of mouse pad like that but without RGB? 🤔
