The fact that two of these get upload every week is magical in its own right. I am NOT an aspiring magician, but I love being in the receiving end of a magic performance. Sankey is a wonderful performer, and the education aspect keeps me hooked.
Thumbs up if you want a video one week on Chris' backstory!

that was awesome, after a few times practicing this it's really easy to do. the other day I used a dry erase marker on some cards, I had the spectator sing a card at random, and I said "I'm going to make your signature disappear" I shoveled the deck, controlled the card to the top, then slid the card through my fingers wiping off their signature, then handed the spectator back their card and their signature was gone. I quickly wiped my hands together wiping away the color as the spectator looked at their card.

I did that once using the side of a beer bottle sitting in front of me on a table, plus I was drinking out of it so I would put it back in slightly different spots and move the card towards them to see the reflection... I would flip the cards up facing them and tell them to concentrate on the card and I would read their mind... And drag it out just a little bit...
Um... I'm seeing a red card....
    come on... concentrate harder....
would let them re-shuffle, cut the deck... Having them take turns concentrating on the card...
even had some try and trick me... I said I'm having a hard time getting
it... is it a black card? (when it was red...) and they said yes it is a black card. And I said I think you need to concentrate more cause what you are actually seeing isn't black... it's the King of Diamonds...
I had my girlfriend sitting next to me and she knew what I was doing... So to really screw with them I said... here so you don't think I'm doing anything by touching the cards... my girlfriend will flip the cards... Then after that, I said I can show you how mentally connected my girlfriend and I are... and had her sit across from me and I'd show her and them the cards and as soon as I flipped them up, I said what the card was without hesitation.
hilarious... My girlfriend and I had all we could do to keep from laughing... they couldn't figure it out and thought I really was physic...

I would possibly add an extra element of safety to avoid messing up, by using only a '4 letter' word. That could still result in people being impressed, but without risking somebody writing down something that has so many letters that's it's too difficult to read its reflection.
