    😂😂😂 if I really have 20Lakhs, i would rather invest in SIP which gives 3 times exponential growth , with no liabilities.
    Gym business is for those people who want a side hustle. Make this very clear in mind.
    It can never be a main source of income.
    It would be the most stupid idea to open a gym thinking that u can earn money through it.
    The day u order 10 lakhs worth equipment, it's depreciation starts right away.
    But the same 10 L will give u 2 lakhs immediately in 1 year if one maintains the right portfolio without looking ur original principal amount 😂😂😂

      It’s true that gym equipment depreciates, but just like any business, the returns aren't immediate; they build over time through member growth, services, and community presence. Many successful gym owners make a stable primary income from their gym, not just as a side hustle. SIPs and investments are great, but for those passionate about fitness, a gym isn’t just an investment; it’s a long-term venture. Every business has risks and rewards; the key is understanding them and committing to make it work.

      Ek month mein 200-300 clients🤔🤔.
      Agar itna clients aayenge to log restaurant kholna chor k gym na khol de.

    • @readyracy8734

      @umeshthemaster absolutely, rightly said.
      Gym center is not a bad idea, but it is never a profit. More over anyone considering it as a business, will consider this as. Aside hustle as we can hardly make money out of it.
      Becoz u have already put 20 lakhs at stake and even considering 1 lakh per month as an income, it will take 4 years for ROI and by that time, ur items will get depreciated.
      Unless or until someone has a land of own in a very prime area, and backup plan, opening a gym is always risky
