Hi John, and good morning from OZ. Another excellent Video Thank you. I really appreciate your product reviews. No need to apologise for the audio. Stuff happens. !
I think if you long press back button on tx16s or any other radio, it exits the elrs joystick screen, but remain connected via bluetooth to your pc/mac.
You can use the elrs Bluetooth function without having the Lua script on the front ground. All you do is enable the Bluetooth as you normally would and then just press and hold the back button and boom you can make whatever changes on your remote while keeping BLE connection to PC. I like that option the best
I didn't know that. Every time I just pressed RTN (as it says to do on the BT screen) the joystick connection broke. Pressing and holding it and the BT connection did indeed remain active. Thanks for the tip.
Try flipping the arm switch a couple of times for the telemetry spottiness. Something about the channel value going from min to max within a single packet helps the radio narrow down what range to listen on.
Great review, people forget the bluetooth feature available on the ELRS TX module. It's brilliant for wireless simulator with a radio. Please can you share what simulator that game is. It looks amazing. I want to use it to improve my LOS flying. Thanks again.
Not many people know a neat hidden feature of the BLE elrs and that is pressing and holding the back button after enabling it. That allows to keep BLE running in the background and make whatever changes you need to do on your remote
Been looking for the opposite for a while: would love to pilot elrs things with pc peripherals bit seems no easy fate right now without big investment... Nice vid as always by the way 👍👍
Great video thank you very much I bought me this sim and I'm waiting for it. Also I want it to know how to connect it before ILl get it and it happens that you are giving a the instructions on how to connect it thank you .
Hey Guys, Wings for FPV and AccuRC for helis. I don't really care for either with fixed wing. I stick with RF for that. www.wings-sim.com/ accurcsimulator.com/
