ohh what a dream to see & drive on the empty road like this, here in bandung indonesia my 206 always in 90+ temp on tacho, even more, traffic jam & tropical wheater (hot).
I had to sell my 206+... The engine was mostly overheating... Above 100°C .... Changed water pump, thermostat and the mechanic checked all the coolant lines etc etc ... Didn't work ...

inzident I don;t have any "fuelmeter" in the car so i can only give u this: www.motostat.pl/member/vehicles/stats/id/10392 all reports since 6 years ;)
At 23:37 u can see that the blue Citroen car makes a little shock when he goes from first to second gear.
Is that normal that car does that?
I don't think it's the car, but the driver who releases the clutch too soon with a rev too high. This shock is stronger when going from first to second for obvious reasons.
Mayuri Sama Well you don't have to do it "reaaaally slow" either, since it uses the clutch faster. The best solution is to learn your gearbox ratios to know exaclty at which rev to release the clutch for minimal vibration.
For example, when i rev to 2500 rpm in first gear, I release the clutch at 1500 rpm in second.
Hey, I have an 206 too from 2000. I see in this video your engine the tempereature doesnt go to the middle well i mean 90 degrees. Is this normal? Because the same is by my Car? In my old Polo it was alway in the middle..
it depends where you live in case you live in warm place your engine will get heater faster

+ArGo Samochód już sprzedany, zobacz moje nowsze filmy czym obecnie jeżdżę. Miałem w nim 1.4 8v w benzynie bez gazu 75 koni, samochód uważam idealny do miasta i dla kogoś kto się uczy jeździć samochodem, mój był już trochę leciwy więc i sporo rzeczy przez 6 lat posiadania musiałem wymienić ale nawet jak już szło coś więcej wymienić to nie były to straszne pieniądze. Moje spalanie na przestrzeni 6 lat wyszlo 6.8, pełen bak wychodził około 250 zl a starczało na jaies 500 - 600 km w zależności od tras.

So the engine temperature never hits 90. I have a 206 1.1 60 hp and it never gets to 90 so its a common thing i guess...
it actually stays at 90 degrees when you monitor it realtime with a Obd2 scantool. But on dash it always shows 85 degrees.

Tenho um 1.6, fantástico anda muito, nao passo de 3000 giros com ele. em uma unidade boa, o carro não pode tremer (calços estourados), sem barulho na suspensão (Bucha das balanças) e não estar muito mole (suspensão vencida) - Atenção ao eixo traseiro, precisa levantar o carro para identificar o problema. Compre, faça a manutenção básica e seja feliz...

+DrivingPeter PL excuses sir but i have an Peugeot 206 that he got cruise control and automatic lighting as city and low beam when it is dark or in a tunnel, then he goes on. but my 206 is a full option car, so he has almost everything automatically as wipers and security system against theft and more. sorry I just wanted to add that it exists as a Peugeot with everything on it, 1.6 16V XS 2002
