If this is Taiyo’s part, maybe they made it to two floors only, or maybe there’s another staircase somewhere else to the third floor. This could also be Nagemi’s part in the safe room where you have to take stairs to one of the safes. Also I hope Book 2 Chapter 4 does release this year since it is Chapter 4 and the year is 2024, which would also mean three new playable updates in a year.
