    We need someone to interview Anas, but I don’t think that anyone would do it as good as Anas does.
    One more thing,
    I think the ABtalks has become a really therapeutic to me. Every time I watch an episode of it, it leaves me with a huge inspiration, thinking, and motivation to do something.
    THANK YOU Anas❤️❤️❤️❤️and keep going!

    From what I observed Sheikha, you have a sensitive, beautiful soul. Your vision is much more open and advanced than most of the people in this region. Most of your suffering is coming from these two sources that I mentioned. You take care of you, there is a gift in you and the world needs beautiful, kind souls like you. 💜

    I loved it, it was obvious that she doesn’t open up easily, being very selective in her answers as well, you were playing the detective role more than any of your other interviews .. Generally, I liked her, very brave, genuine, & honest even of what she doesn’t want to share. It’s good to see that many started to share their struggles that might help & inspire others who might be facing the same thing but not brave enough to talk about it .. Keep it up both of you 💪🏼

    Shayookhah, I have always loved you being yourself and a different girl since school days in Sharjah, you being in my sis class. You are doing the right thing and continue doing the same. No one deserves attention or care more than yourself. Enjoyed the talk very much. All the best. As a side note, seeing you both in an interview for the first time, I would say you would make good friends :) Anas, we enjoyed your personality & talk too. Well done. You understood her point of view very well & was very calm & professional. Best of luck.

The most valuable conclusion for me is to live your life for you and simply to be you even if your surroundings are not comfortable with that, I know ther're important to me but for sure not more than me! I agree 100% that we're meant to educate ourselves before trying to do so for others. All the love!

    من وجهة نظري على موضوع اللغة لما تقول( ان في النهاية هيا كلمات وسيلة للتواصل مو مهم ايش اللغة) لا مهم لأنك لما تتكلم لغة مختلفة ممكن ماتوصل الفكرة كاملة او ماتنفهم ١٠٠٪؜ صح، ولا هيا كانت تكلمت بالعربي !! لكن لأن الانجليزي هيا لغتها الام تقدر تعبر وتتكلم فيها اكثر، انا مو ضد انهم يتكلمو بالانجليزي بس ابغى اوضح انها تفرق، بس جد جد اتمنيت لو مواضيع زي كذا تتناقش بالعربي لأن مافي كثير من هذا النوع.

    Idk why but I feel like she is either lesbian or bisexual 😭😭😭😭 idk maybe I'm wrong but I feel for her, for having to hide a very big part of herself, out sexuality is what makes us, if you see this, I really hope you know that if that is the matter *I LOVE YOU * Soooo much, you are Perosn and you deserve loving no matter what.... Wishing you all the best

    • @MsHarunaMoon
      @MsHarunaMoon 4 года назад +1

      Thought the same thing , it's either her sexuality or she became an atheist/agnostic but I'm leaning more to her sexuality being the issue here.
      I mean you don't feel so strongly disconnected from your own culture and people just because you're not a girly girl or being exposed to Western culture and prefers to speak in english, that's just absurd.
      By that definition I should've hate being Arab myself since I was born and raised in the west and don't speak Arabic.
      Clearly she has other issues she isn't ready to talk about yet, I feel for her.

    اتوقع انش تحملي نفسش فوق طاقتها و اطلع وسوي اللي تبغيه وعيشي حياتش بالطريقة اللي تحسي انها ترضيش وترضي رب العالمين
    والناس اللي ترمي الكلام وانتي ماشية تراها فاضية ومستحيل يخلصوا
    انا شخصيا اعش بطريقة اشوف تناسبني ومع ذلك ادرك في مليون شخص يشوف علي بطريقة مختلفة لكن ماهم لان الناس مستحيل تقتنع والله ماخلقنا عشان نقنع الناس ونعجب الناس ونلبس عشان الناس والخ
    صدقيني و فقط عيشي وانسي موضوع الغربة و فقط ابحثي عن الشي اللي يحسسش انه وطن وعيشي
    الدنيا ماتستاهل انه نكون ضعاف وندور على نفسنا بين ناس مافاهمة ولا عارفة هي ايش تبغى
    والاكتئاب شيء خطير بمجرد ما يصيبنا يتغلب علينا فقط اذا تركنا نفسنا له نغوص فيه اكثر ونوصل للهاوية
    جدا صعب لكن اذا حاولتي تقنعي نفسش انه انتي مهمة وحياتش لازم تكون احسن وحاولتي صدقيني كل هذا يروح
    اتمنى لش التوفيق
    وشكرا لأنس على الحوارات القيمة والراقية

    I think that it is marvelous to represent other languages and cultures you acknowledge, but in a way that does not diminish your identity. It is essential to embrace your country's dialect and traditions as much as it is crucial to unleashing the wisdom you have gained from other counties. If the balance falls, then there's a problem.

    Shaikha you are on the right track. Most of the GCC region girls are judged for just being girls. Simply because girls are much more educated and much wiser than most of the men if not all of them. Excuse me Anas am not generalizing here. As you are an awesome exceptional example of your region men! Women come out of your comfort zone and connect your lives with goals instead of people coz people will take you no where in life but your goals will take you to higher places and make you shine like a star.

    Anas I love ur interviews and ur questions, I’ve seen different people from various walks of life on ur show and yet not once has the issue of religion or spirituality or a higher power ever come up. It’s very surprising to me given that you discuss in detail so human connections, mental health, being content etc.... but don’t discuss or even mention the most important relationship, that with a higher unseen power, God.
    As a Muslim (which I’m guessing you are) and majority of ur guests are, why hasn’t that question ever been asked? Or that topic brought up in the dialogue?

    • @AnasBukhash
      @AnasBukhash  4 года назад +6

      Modern Traditional Hi, although it’s a very important part of a human’s life (spirituality and religion), I don’t bring it up, because I believe it’s a very personal thing; the relationship between a person and God. It’s not really someone else’s businesses to judge it or comment much on it. That’s all. I do it out of respect to them.

    • @moderntraditional8540
      @moderntraditional8540 4 года назад +3

      Anas Bukhash أنس بوخش I agree completely, ones connection with the God they believe in is sacred and personal; but when you speak of mentors and events that shaped peoples lives (mainly for the better) it’s crucial that there’s a connection to a God because those powers are working behind the scenes for all outcomes;
      I guess I feel like spirituality in Islam isn’t discussed enough in the aspect of mental health and human connections. Religions are mainly interpreted, explained or lectured to us the audience; it would be refreshing to see Islam’s teachings (which is for all mankind not just muslims) introduced to your conversations with your intellectual guests, it would be inspirational, beneficial & uplifting.
      Again I love ur work, u are an empathetic listener. The eyes are the window to the heart and urs are kind.
      I came across ur videos by complete coincidence (I live in the west and don’t keep up with Arab programs) .
      God bless u & ur loved ones and ur awesome for taking the time to answer me

      Most young Emiratis are so westernised and overwhelmed by American culture and have adopted the ideology to a large extent. This is what you can see listening to this lady or even the moderator, who comments religion is only a "personal thing". A really white guy thing to say haha

      if u grow up around people speaking english in a specific accent u pick it up. just like if ur in the US u pick up an american accent, in UK you pick up a british accent, in the UAE u can pick up an arabic accent in english. many emiraties even pick up english with a filipino accent because thats the english they were spoken to growing up. maybe everyone just spoke to her in english (with an arabic accent) despite them being arab so she picked up an arabic accent in english.

    Anas is my favorite interviewer ever. Every episode of this show makes me fall even more!
    But this one, I truly have never rolled my eyes more 🙄
    I honestly couldn’t go beyond 11:27. I hope later on it gets better!
    The role “different” is so overplayed! She literally said I couldn’t connect with “LOCALS”! You are “local” ! being different doesn’t mean disowning and denying your community and from where you come from! I actually was waiting for Anas to stop there for a moment.
    Also we really couldn’t care less whatever language she speaks but seriously saying that English is her first language even though her parents are both arabs and she lived in an Arabic speaking country is the silliest excuse 😅
    Like going on vacations to the UK every year and to international schools doesn’t change the fact that you have an Arabic tongue! I am also very sorry to tell you that you have a very Arabic accent in English and not so British at all.
    I don’t mean to hate on the episode or the talk, but some things had to be said !

      I agree with Sarah even if you cant speak or Express better in YOUR mother tongue it doesn't mean that you don't belong to your native community. 🤦‍♂️

    انا مؤمنه ان الشخص المقتنع ان اللي يسويه صح مستحيل يحس بحزن او انه مكتئب
    اصلا حتى الاثم ماحاك في نفسك يعني آي شئ تسويه وتحسه غلط بيؤلمك (: فاقتعوا اول باللي تسوونه بعدين حاولوا تغيرون العالم او لا تصادمونهم خلقه خلكم من حالكم بشانكم

    انا مافهمت فكرة البرنامج على طول استضافة شخصية من دون مقدمات من دون تعريف للشخصية وشو دورها في المجتمع وهذا شي غامض كبداية وكمحاولة فهم للفكرة يعني من البداية انحس انهم بادين من زمان سوالف فاتتنا وبعدها تكتشف ان هذي هي البداية وانظل في غموض من نوعية الاسئلة الغامضة كان الشخص المستضاف عنده مشكله نفسيه والمقدم ايحاول يعرضها او ايحلها والخلاصة غموض فالمقابلة مايوصل المعنى المطلوب والظاهر كعادتنا كوبي بيست من برامج غربية اللي يفقد معناها بالتنفيذ اخر شي
