Im from Bursa Turkey where this desert is famous from and clearly saying that thats not even closely recipe to sut helvasi or milk helve as you said. there's no corn scratch or other chemical stuff u added into after . its just butter, flour and milk then put it into oven in a little bit water filled tray for like 10 mins so you dont cook it extra in the oven like you do . i dont know what you actually cooked.
@@dmka12 Haha, I totally get it! Brown bananas are a love-or-hate kind of thing-but they do pack a punch when it comes to flavor and texture, like @ranmount said. 🍌💪 But now you've got me curious-what if we went completely rogue and swapped the bananas out for something unexpected? 🥑🍍 Maybe an avocado for creaminess or even some pineapple for a tropical twist? Let's get wild with it! 😄 Let’s turn this into a recipe challenge-who’s got the best ideas?
@@ranmount You’re absolutely right! Brown bananas are like the secret weapon of baking-super sweet and packed with nutrients. 🍌💥 They might not look pretty, but they definitely pull their weight in flavor and texture. Do you have a go-to recipe that takes full advantage of those overripe bananas? I’m always looking for new ideas to try out! 😄

@@dmka12 I guess the banana didn't win any awards! What kind of ingredient would you suggest for a better outcome?
@@Li4koTV lol one that wasn't brown. I guess it's cooked so it's a good way to use old fruit
@@dmka12brown bananas are not bad. tbh ripe bananas are the best for baking, for consistency and nutrients/minerals both
