well, in the end everybody is just a boring regular human. despite some bands always putting on an image, but it's well-crafted. just because rancid act all gangsta and always do the crossed arms with squinted eyes and talk all "philosophical" in interviews, doesn't mean they aren't just actually boring old guys now. as an example. it's also known, that alot of tough guys can't handle the online criticism. i know some older dude with face tats and whenever somebody says anything he goes on doing 4 facebook rants with empty threats. good entertainment actually.

The problem w/ punkrock is that 80-90% of it is absolute mediocre crap music. Brilliant albums like the Ramones rocket to russia, & pleasant dreams; the Queers don't back down, punkrock confidential, pleasant screams & others...but damn near Every other great band like Fear, the Angry Samoans, Dickies, Gears, Surf Punks, Richies, Travoltas, Skrewdriver, Brutal Attack, Youngblood, Smut Peddlers, ...all these bands made 1-3 quality albums y'know. So punkrock in general is a subgenre of groups that make a couple good albums & then mediocrity.. to this day. 🎶

I think yer a pretty good RUclipsr. But I'm also not sure he was really bashing you, maybe just explaining himself. I'm not a Pennywise fan, but I also haven't made it to the end of the video. it's a pretty classic "business move": a small channel about punk rock receiving a comment from an actual (and famous) punk rocker will validate him in some ways. That guys knows it, and he's milking it to death (in order to make more views...).
As a kiddo, I was super into Pennywise, even telling people their music aged very well in recent times. But this made me lose respect for them. And it wasn't because of @danframpt0n, but because of the how Fletcher handled criticism.
