Hi John, I actually think this problem is because of the banks(whoever you bank with) transfer fees, so £10 would be more beneficial because they'd be able to keep a majority of the money for the charity,, however a £1 transfer with the fees on transferring would pretty much take that £1 away, if the banks had no fees for transfers linked to charities specifically that would be very useful, I completely agree with you though, there shouldn't be a limit on how small we can give, giving us giving at the end of the day but problem is with the banks in my opinion.
