I really wish every online card game had a match replay option. Even if available only right after the game with a download option, so you could see what your opponent had in hand and what they were doing towards the last few turns.
The First game confused me so hard for AGES I completely forgot that Vibranium can't be destroyed so I was sitting here like "wait, was that a bug? Why did Regis not react at all to this, what is happening?"
A 4/6 isn't horrific and he pairs well with Zabu, but he's awkward because you really want to play him on 5. You can do Hope Summers to sort of cover that but it's awkward.

Deck usually does great at holding priority with Ms marvel as long as you are smart with placement for alioth since people often assume you’ll drop something big on 6 after war machine but you just play alioth lol. Or of course slam down infinaut. Just a good combination of big power and control.
Your decks are always worth a try to have a bit of fun with. Whenever I try a cosy deck just to see how it goes , the rng just slaps me in the face with a big Andre the giant sized rubber glove.
@firstorder438 Don't be silly, it's okay to just ask why, instead of saying something "makes no sense". If I don't have War Machine, Cull Obsidian is very hard to play. If I do have War Machine, I hope to have better plays than either of them. So Crossbones is much easier to play a majority of the time, while still providing War Machine synergy.
I think the card is highly overrated, but i imagine a storm-grandmaster play to lock 2 lines in one turn and a warmachine next turn could be quite funny
It was probably quake on that bar with no name game, then your warmachine nullified their flood. I don't know why they didn't play middle though. 1 other guess is they were banking on you playing kitty on bar with no name, and tried to lock her there with prof x.

14:15 if you played infinaut mid, they win. Captain can either tie the right or win the left, so it wouldn't move. They predicted that you would have something big enough from raft to win left(more than 21), and they didn't have enough to fill mid otherwise.
Nah Legion would’ve been an auto win for them if they move night crawler left and use at least 4 mana. Saw someone say Prof x and then they could have done quake mid on six. But the war machine invalidates that play since Regis only needs 2 power to win left
wait does he also counter sandman, cause then playing him in a ramp deck where your opponent can only play 1 card a turn due to sandman where u can play multiple (for 1 turn ofc) could be a good deck idea
I started today trying this, but couldn't settle on a list that made sense. It's weird to cheat out Sandman early on 4, then play War Machine on 5, because you're giving up a powerful turn where you should be netting an advantage over the opponent already, but instead you're just playing 6 power instead of like Dr. Doom. So yeah you can have a sneaky turn 6, but you're already way behind.
@@leodark_animations2084honestly it depends what else you might need. Alioth isn't all that great anymore. It feels bad to lose to an alioth obviously. But it happens so few times and usually if you can win with an Alioth you're quite ahead in power where a big stat card would also win. A card like alioth is a good addition. Not like a cornerstone un replaceable card the way a modok is. Or a knull
Playing 'on curve' just means to use all of your Energy each turn so none is wasted - unless your strategy involves unspent Energy. The extra 1-drops are handy with Hope to use up all your Energy on the final turn.
Is War Machine secretly a black knight discard option? With the deck it usually uses big cards and doesn't always have a way to deal with things like sanctum just a stray thought if anyone tries it out and it works please let me know I can't afford war machine right now 😢

If we took the text literally, not having enough energy shouldn't stop me from playing a card. So, I should be able to play a 6 cost card even with only 5 energy.
I’m getting this card because I hate those fields that doesn’t let you play in the lane. But a big F you to Marvel Snaps, spent 3 keys and got all but War Machine.
I'm honestly probably gonna pass on war machine and save for next month. Red hulk, Valentina and white widow seem powerful War machine seems too niche. Good for select situations. A low statted card otherwise
@tphil5901 If you're a gambling man like myself then I would do 1 try and hope you get lucky. Other than that it is worth passing on niche cards. This time I got lucky.
If you draw war machine for sure, in this list probably not if you don't since your 1 drops either prevent you from playing there or return to your hand. You could play it on 5 with kitty but it would be otherwise unplayable without war machine. Xbones you at least have the option of playing for tempo if you manage to be ahead somewhere. I kind of think you might prefer sunspot over kitty though for the option of soaking on 5 into infinaut, but kitty is kind of free in your hope draws... so I dunno about that swap... but even with that swap one 1-drop maybe isn't enough to support cull when you don't draw war machine.
This deck I honest to god, one of the most unfun decks to play against. As someone who has spent 2 keys and gotten silk and silver samurai and have no chance of getting war machine unless I spend money, losing to this in gold conquest on my last game sucks 😭
I think it sucks that the game basically gives your opponent the win if they don't let you draw your combo. I've played thanos so many times where it gives me 0 cards to play until turn 3, and even more so no card draw which the deck lives off of.

I know Regis is showcasing the deck but whenever I see Bar Sinister with Dr. Doom in hand I just love to play nothing until turn 6 and would have liked to see him do it too. Despite there being a lot of ways one can lose even with 20 power in each location, there's just something about egging your opponent the whole match just to snatch the win at the last turn with that play that I find strangely appealing. Just wanted to say that. Great video though, keep up the good work :))
Most power estimates on new cards almost mostly say “needs more data”. It would be nice to have a late-in-the-week video after days have passed to see how the new cards perform at that point. Would really help with deciding whether to get a new card or not right before the spotlight week changes. Initial impression videos makes it hard to decide whether to get a new card or not.
Can someone explain It to me why you can play infinaut after playing War machine, if Infinaut has a condition that I must not have played any cards in the previous turn.
His ability allows you to play whatever/wherever you want the following turn so if you play him turn 5 then turn 6 your cards can go anywhere. Literally anywhere as long as theirs room for it.

War Machine is like a pseudo High Evolutionary that affects cards getting into restricted locations and actually making unplayable cards playable.

Only 2 one drops so when you don't hit War Machine crossbones can sometimes be played
Plus ebony maw doesn't let you play other cards there once you play him.

it was prof X. then they use quake in the middle. But they had to be losing stormed area. War machine gave too much flexibility

I can't stand The Peak lane. It only ever shows up when I have ebony maw and other really high power cards in hand.
