I worked in a pit pretty much like this running a 924k and 320F excavator. The other guys were loading up in 4th gear with HP+ on and whenever they bothered to use the 'rim-pull' setting they had it set the highest it goes and spun the wheels and made huge ruts each bucket they took. Something didn't seem right to me so I read the manual and set the 'rim-pull' to the lowest setting and ran it on 1st gear. They thought I was a master operator because I could load up without making ruts and leave the ground level, lol. I tried to tell them about the 'rim-pull' thing but they didn't listen.
What surprises me is that Cat doesn’t do side stick control for the loader functions on All loaders. Another thing is why would Cat use a WHEEL instead of a joystick on this loader like on most of the entire loader product line?
joystick is great for loading trucks and moving dirt around. But when it comes to doing other jobs like plowing snow joystick just takes the lead. That why smaller size wheel loaders still use wheel and joystick.
I am speaking from Bangladesh. I am also a wheel loader operator. I really want to operate such a big wheel loader, the ones in Bangladesh are small 5 ton. Can you take such a big wheel loader operator job. Then I would have given a driving visa ❤️❤️❤️can you help me

I prefer to steer with a joystick rather than crank that steering wheel all day!
