So it appears the guide tube would interfere with 3 and 5 and disallow complete seating. I’ve run into this issue with guides for anterior teeth when the guide tube is wider than the inter proximal space allows. Any guidance?
This was sleeveless. No interference 😉 Though you can always take a carbide bur to the collar if needed. Worst case, pilot drill and proceed otherwise sans guide. But that's SUPER rare for me.

Yes. Select Custom under the guided kit and enter your own Guide Tube Diameter and Offset
