Nice work... but I don’t understand why to use plastic every where on everything. We understand last packaging may need plastic to protect from water, moisture, dirt... but in the middle of shirt... just for better presentation 😒😞
I just realized that the cuff was left out to make the customer understand that the shirt is full sleeved.
The exposed cuff lets the customer know if it’s a left or right handed shirt.

Shirt folding machine working to fold the shirt on top of a fixed table .
It's a lot of effort to build a such table. It definitely helped with the quality and efficiency.

Gloves were not required. She was using the pins to keep the cuff and shoulders in place.
I guess life runs so fast nowdays that we lost doing things right.

No, 1 minute 36 seconds. Round it, 2 minutes. Per hour, 30 shirts.
Per day 8 hours - (30 minute lunch + 15 × 2 tea / tiffin breaks) = 7 working hours.
7 × 30 = 210.
Per shirt 500 ÷ 210 ≈ ₹ 2.4 approx.
