I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the invaluable help you have provided me through your RUclips playlist. Thanks to your dedication and expertise, I was able to pass my math GED test a few weeks ago. Your teaching style and approach resonated with me in a way that allowed me to grasp the concepts quickly and effectively. I truly appreciate the effort you put into creating the entire college algebra math course. It is a remarkable resource that has given me the confidence in my ability to learn math. Words cannot express how grateful I am for your selflessness and generosity in sharing your knowledge with the world. You have made a significant impact on my educational journey, and I feel truly blessed to have stumbled upon your videos. I am getting ready for my college algebra course on June 7th, for once I am actually excited and confident going into it, knowing that I have your exceptional videos to help me. I am sure that your course overview will be helping me succeed. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your unwavering commitment to education and for the positive influence you have had on my life. Your dedication has inspired me to strive for more than I thought I could do, and I am forever grateful.
How have you done in the course? I will be taking mine very soon and wanted to know your experience and grades (if willing) so that I can know what to expect.
Thank you Mario! I'm working through the online Modern States College Algebra course for the CLEP so I won't have to take the class in Fall & will come back to this towards the end
Thank you sir so much you saved me on my algebra final. I’m in middle school taking high school algebra and this saved me and I got a perfect score. Thank you so much!
Just wanted to tell you that my final was yesterday and I used this video as a review! Watched it 3+ times and got a B on my final! Thank you so much!!
this video helped a lot. i was getting lost when you would start doing synthetic division and when you got to finding the zeros. Probably my professor taught us another way but some problems confused me even more.
No, sorry but you can check out my Algebra 2 Final exam and midterm review videos like this one here: Algebra 2 Final Exam Review 2nd Semester ruclips.net/video/qKehhKwFj4k/видео.html
Depends on the college class…some classes are called college algebra, intermediate algebra, algebra number such and such…some have a few precalc topics in them as well….just depends on the school and the class really but I’d say in general it is similar to what is studied in a high school algebra 1 and 2 class combined.
So this is why I never understood math… I’m on the first equation, the linear equation. You are trying to move all the variable to one side. So you subtract 3x from the right side, but you subtract it from the left as well. Wouldn’t you add it to the left side? I don’t understand the logic
if you want to move a number like 3x across to the other side of the equal sign, you need to subtract it, so (3x) - (-3x) = 0. but you must do the same on the other side in order to keep the equation balanced. if you dont do this, you will end up with a completely different equation than what you started with

Great job! Glad to hear the video helped you!
By far the best review I’ve seen on RUclips
Thanks!

I stayed throughout the whole video! great teaching skills THANK YOU!!!!
You're very welcome!
Not me watching 3 1-2 hour videos the day before my introductory chem exam and now my college algebra exam 😂😂
Very helpful and instructional, I will be coming back!
using this to fall asleep :) thanks so much
You have a way of making things stick!
Awesome! Glad to hear that!
you are the best, thank you so much. I love the way you teach math

@@MariosMathTutoring Thank you!
Loved it! Thank you.
You are so welcome!
Can you check number 38. The way you condensed it will give a different answer because of the negative (-2 log y)
My exam is in one hour I'll update with the results 😭
I got a B which was one point away from an A!! I was shocked because I did last minute studying and it was all thanks to this video 😭🙏
god bless you sir this is a godsend of a video!

hi is this good review for the college algebra Clep exam will questions be like this or more complex ?
Yes but I would also watch my algebra 2 midterm review and algebra 2 final exam review for additional problems and examples.
Where is the x go at 10x by 2 ( question 3) 10x by 2=20x but you wrote just 20, where did we lose the x?
The x in the denominator cancelled out. Hope that helps!
Number is 40 is 1.38 but great video anyways
Is college algebra the same as the algebra thought in high school? thank you.
College algebra is similar to the Algebra 2 taught in most high schools.
