You did a good job, you put in a thick wire, now you won't have to repair it anymore, once the smoke from the printer will appear and you can throw it away...
Check if the Fuse is broken by beeping both ends of the Fuse... if there is no beep its broken, replace it, please dont use a wire to short it as shown in the video... Shorting a Fuse is only for diagnostic but no repair as the fuse prevents the power supply from burning in flames if something is wrong there..!

I have ml-2165w multimeter is buzzer beep at the fuse so what i have to do ?
