I am currently 5'8, i weigh 176lbs (80kg). I can perform handstands, L sits, many dips, pushups. Working on my pull ups. If I were to lose around 20 lbs (9kg) would it make a big difference into my progression into more advanced movements like the human flag, front lever, doing more pull ups, planches etc. I know once you lower body fat % and get leaner, once your in a calories surplus more of it becomes muscle mass rather than fat.
