    Here’s the workout:
    20 jumping jacks
    10 explosive pushups
    10 Jumping squats
    5 burpees
    30 sec rest
    10 burpees
    5 jumping lunges each leg
    High - medium - high - low - medium - low - high - low - high - medium - high - low - high push up (you can do on knees)
    30 sec rest
    15 In and outs
    10 leg raises
    30 sec High knees sprint

    Did this workout 3 times in a row with 2 minute breaks in between and it KILLED. Really good workout 🙏🏽🔥

      My warm up for wrists to handstands was the regulars and if your wrists start to hurt wait some time and warm you wrists again while you wait..

    100% works. I did this everyday alongside the 5 min chest & 5 min triceps for 2 weeks and I can already see a huge difference/ improvement.

      @@rampagesmackssons508 It really depends on who you're asking. For me this was a little too easy. I'd say if it's too easy for you then look for another vid. Doing easy exercises won't burn fat.

    I am currently 5'8, i weigh 176lbs (80kg). I can perform handstands, L sits, many dips, pushups. Working on my pull ups. If I were to lose around 20 lbs (9kg) would it make a big difference into my progression into more advanced movements like the human flag, front lever, doing more pull ups, planches etc. I know once you lower body fat % and get leaner, once your in a calories surplus more of it becomes muscle mass rather than fat.

      Exactly, you're right. This is opinionated on his choice of the highest intensity fat burning exercises, although any exercise that raises your heart rate will burn fat.
