Good job getting the 3 game sweep!! Love it! Keep it going Royals!! Congrats to Bobby baseball for his 500, and to Vinnie for his team leading RBI's, but this was definitely Blanco's weekend!! Keep him in the lineup!!
Went into Cincy and kicked them in the teeth. Over 3 days beat them by 3 Touchdowns and a FG. Hard to imagine Blanco barely hitting the field this entire month until now, that has to change. MJ needs to sit or go to Omaha, he's barely at .200 and made bad baserunning mistakes 2 days in a row. Blanco and Fermin need to be in the lineup every day for now, even if it's out of position.
Cincinnati gives up 28 runs in 3 games and scores 3. You don't need to be Einstein to figure out that they stink. Get rid of David Bell, he's another Bryan Price and the team is headed nowhere until they fire him. This year is a total write-off. I doubt they will play .500 ball on the year.
Cincinnati Reds? They r not terrible. They won 7 of thier last 10 b4 this Series vs KCR. (Including 4 straight Wins over Brewers & Cards b4 Series vs Royals.) Cincy is wondering what the license plate was of the Mack truck that ran over them. The Cincy Enquirer has some very interesting thoughts however on how they're the more talented team, despite 28-3 over 3 games. This is copied from their rag, "While the Reds’ offense looked lifeless against hittable Kansas City pitching, the Royals’ offense focused on making contact. The Reds have more talent in their lineup than the Royals do. But Kansas City is the team that got the series sweep and became the team that’s 14 games over .500. "

Hats off to the Royals they outscored the Reds 28-3 in this series. Can't blame pitching entirely, by the way Greene is on the DL with the rest of his season in jeopardy, same guys swinging at air again, same manager, coaches, same front office mentality, even the same medical training staff as McLain is likely out the remainder of the season, Williamson cannot get through a rehab assignment, Gibaut hasn't pitched all year, Antone should never pitch again, guys fans are hopeful can return to help keep getting pushed back until what's the use? Season is lost. McLain won't help now so why bother? The Reds won a few in a row, approached .500 (AGAIN), now look like a team in the triple digit loss category. There is something wrong when a team has what is apparently the same approach to these games. Fate? They catch an opponent, St. Louis, at the right time, then the Royals at the wrong time? Is anyone scouting the opponent? Apparently the Royals had the Reds figured out both offensively and with their pitching from the first pitch. Managers who are not good get whipped like this and some owners do not take kindly to it. Boone in NY for example would be out of a job no matter his record. I see attendance has slipped again in Cincinnati. Can't blame them, they want something the organization doesn't want badly enough, a winner, or even a fight for a playoff spot before swinging and missing and calling it another season while grinning all the way to the bank. Yes, it is just a game until two sides sit down and negotiate for money. Then it is like a bunch of blood thirsty beasts. Players individually and as a whole. Players collect, they don't pay other than taxes. They don't pay the bills. If you are a Reds fan that is fine. Nothing to be ashamed of. But it doesn't mean you have to pretend and ignore the truth. The truth is this is about money first, next this is not a very good team and as is, likely will not get better, only decline. Mid to lower end free agents will not help. Last free agent who helped was Castellanos now in Philly who homered during Tom Brennamen's farewell commentary. Are you ready for some football?
Blown out in three straight games . Have watched them for nearly 3 Qtrs of a century . Where have the Reds Gone ?!!! But one has to also question pathetic Umpire calls, which for them is typical in MLB watching these games the Royals hit the ball no matter where it was thrown, outside, inside , over their heads , and at the dirt, they hit just about everything, so why are they not leading their division if they can do that ? Lol
@@tylercooper1551 oh it 100% is impressive, and im super happy about it as a Royals fan. But your comment made me curious so I did a little bit of research and Soto, Trout and Harper is who I found for players who have done this.

Bobby Witt and the Royals came into Cincy and 300 kicked them straight in the chest. 😂😂
Wow the Reds really giving up on the season just like that.

But also the strike out of Cruz, at that moment in the game, is so critical

Why show every batter in the scoreless 1st inning & then skip other innings when no runs are scored?

Singers slider is tipped, it’s so obvious what he’s about to throw. Hope him or his pitching coach realizes and fixes it.

The Reds should've just let the Reds batting practice coaches pitch this weekend. There would've been far fewer runs scored against them.
sac fly record is probably one you don't want lol. like great, you came up with risp and failed to get an actual hit
Something needs to be done with some of these umpires behind home plate, they have been making very, very bad calls with the strike zone. For real.
