The lighter fermentation oolongs are my favorite. It has a floral flavor and a little grassy mixed with sweetness that I really love. Green teas can sometimes be too much for me vs oolong which rounds out the flavors.

I have just bought some milk oolong from Taiwan beautiful tea and very good for you, too much caffeine sets my anxiety off but with this tea I have no problem also of course everything in moderation.

They are all tasty! My daily drink is Formosa Oolongs, and the others occasionally. Another top favorite is Phoenix Oolongs, but again they're all good, and you can't go wrong! Drinking my Formosa Lishan as I write. Enjoyed seeing and talking to you on our recent visit, its always a treat. We even got to see a Lion Dance competition down the street from you that day too! 🫖🍵

Thank you for comparing the different types of oolongs! Which oolong is the most oxidized but not heavily roasted? I am not a fan of a strong roasted flavour.

Would it be possible to update the captions or description with the spellings of the alternate names and styles of these oolongs? It was very helpful to have the 4 main names, but the Phoenix oolongs have several names you mentioned but gave no spelling for. 🎉

If I'm not mistaken, it shouldn't be bad if you don't drink it too hot. I can't tell for sure though, and it depends on what exact condition you have. Might be worth a research or a consultation and so.
