@@SOPALRATHORE We are grateful to you ,your advice is appreciated and most importantly sir thanks for it.once again want to know how we may get JDA patta on the basis of the possession registration documents ID documents old original patta side plan which plot allotted by the society and we have purchased through registration and paid stamp duty according to old number of plot.Incase where the society has changed number of plot and issued numbered new . We have certified list of members society also shown the name of old patta Holder with New number of plot where's all documents are related to old number of plot.
कौशिक जी सोसाइटी ने जो लिस्ट सहकारिता विभाग में जमा कराई है वो लिस्ट ही JDA में होगी l JDA पट्टा पूरी कॉलोनी का होता है l यदि कॉलोनी JDA अप्रूव्ड हो गई तो ही होगा अन्यथा नहीं l
