- It’s been awhile since I’ve uploaded a round dance song! This is one of my newest ones that I’ve decided to share. A lot of inspirations behind round dance, powwow, or any song really. Singing is medicine and is a big help to some❤️

Does anyone know how this "Snare Sound" in between the hits is called or how you do it? Sounds wonderful.
It’s been referred as the scratch beat and I use my middle and ring fingers to slightly touch the back of the hide in between the beat to make the sound. Some use their index finger, I also used to use just my thumb
