The ending, when the song abruptly stops and turns to an echo invokes unexplainable feelings in me. Feelings of being lost, vulnerable, as if the ground gave out under me. It also sounds like a distant cry, or wailing that nobody can hear (literally. I instinctively raised the volume to hear it), and all of these feelings are very fitting with the theme of the song. I'm just surprised how simple musical choices, like reverb, reverse (I'm pretty sure these echoes are also backwards, or made to sound like they are, for additional eeriness), silence, can evoke so many unique feelings.
As a law student, I have studied about these crimes in great detail, my only thoughts while watching this are which punishments would be applied according to this scenario, since these are the types of questions we have at exams, I always feel empathy and sadness to whoever had to go through this, in my country such actions can lead to capital punishment (getting executed)
