The ending, when the song abruptly stops and turns to an echo invokes unexplainable feelings in me. Feelings of being lost, vulnerable, as if the ground gave out under me. It also sounds like a distant cry, or wailing that nobody can hear (literally. I instinctively raised the volume to hear it), and all of these feelings are very fitting with the theme of the song. I'm just surprised how simple musical choices, like reverb, reverse (I'm pretty sure these echoes are also backwards, or made to sound like they are, for additional eeriness), silence, can evoke so many unique feelings.
but yeah goofs aside im kind of glad maretu doesn't hold back in terms of the lyrics because i feel like it's important to talk about harsh topics like SA/rape even if they are considered a taboo topic of discussion by society's standards for stuff like raising awareness to said topics as well as giving survivors of SA sort of like a vent piece to relate to and share their experiences with (if that makes sense, im fucking terrible at english grammar)
