That said, something I used to do for a parlor game, is have two people in a "loving couple" go to opposite corners and write on a piece of paper, the one thing the other could do to prove their love for them. Sky's the limit, with no restrictions. Upon returning said papers, I wouldn't even need to know who wrote what, because it was always the same. The guy in said couple would always write something to the effect of "Stay with me through everything." Whereas almost every woman would have something akin to "Die for me." Think about that... How fucked up is it that a woman's ultimate romantic fantasy with the guy she's with, doesn't even involve being with him? Only for every one in the room to "Aww... That's so romantic." Point is, almost every woman puts that. The two or three who didn't, had something about "Being fine with me sleeping with someone else." I'm not even joking. Can you imagine how embarrassing that car ride home would be? Guy outs "Stick with me through everything" and HER response was wanting to bang other men. It'd be one thing if I'd done it a hundred times and two or three of those popped up, but it's not even close to that. I think the most I'd done it, was twenty. Then again, this was almost a decade ago, as well. Curious to see if it'd be like 10 out of 20 now, or something.

From personal experience with my own mother, being a career-first woman is toxic. You don't even need to be a feminist. At least, not an open one. But the problem with career-first women who have children is that they can't do it all. They can't do well in their career unless they neglect their children to some degree. For my entire life, I was emotionally neglected by my mother who treated like an employee. I could never form a close relationship with her because she didn't leave her work attitude at work. To her, I was a fully-formed adult whose bad decisions were a result of malice, rather than a lack of life experience. I'm not saying that she didn't love me, even if it felt that way. But I am saying that because she is a career woman who can't separate work and home life, she effectively emotionally abandoned me for my whole life. The ability to truly balance career and children is something that very few, if any, women have, and pretending that it's something that all women can do is a great way to break children. Being a career woman is toxic to children and too few women are equipped to effectively balance both work and home life.

She has been acting more distant and I know for a fact it was because she doesn't want to be with me. She would say stuff like, "That's childish that you want me that bad!" Keep in mind I don't even see her in person anymore so yeah. Totally understandable as to why you would cuss me out and call me a child. Fuck her. She deserves to rot in hell for treating me like that. Anyways I'm off topic. I don't have trouble talking to others tbh. In fact I am pretty good at it so really it's just viewing people's intentions. It took me a WHILE to figure out my ex was abusing my mental health. Granted my great grandfather died on Valentine's day. So she decided to still do the shit that she was doing after the fact. She is just heartless and tries to lol you into a sense of securement by telling you, "It will be alright, everything will get better." You know just to comfort. But if she ment everything she said, she wouldn't have to leave me and would try to get her ass off her bed and get a damn job then move in. She didn't want a long term relationship. No one should tolerate this behavior. When I was a teenager my girlfriend cheated on me and I thought I was doing the right thing to forgive her. From personal experience with my own mother, being a career-first woman is toxic. You don't even need to be a feminist. At least, not an open one. But the problem with career-first women who have children is that they can't do it all. They can't do well in their career unless they neglect their children to some degree. For my entire life, I was emotionally neglected by my mother who treated like an employee. I could never form a close relationship with her because she didn't leave her work attitude at work. To her, I was a fully-formed adult whose bad decisions were a result of malice, rather than a lack of life experience.
I'm not saying that she didn't love me, even if it felt that way. But I am saying that because she is a career woman who can't separate work and home life, she effectively emotionally abandoned me for my whole life. The ability to truly balance career and children is something that very few, if any, women have, and pretending that it's something that all women can do is a great way to break children. Being a career woman is toxic to children and too few women are equipped to effectively balance both work and home life.

She has been acting more distant and I know for a fact it was because she doesn't want to be with me. She also for the last few times I called her she was telling at me and calling me names over the phone while I asked her when I could see her again. She would say stuff like, "That's childish that you want me that bad!" Keep in mind I don't even see her in person anymore so yeah. Totally understandable as to why you would cuss me out and call me a child. Fuck her. She deserves to rot in hell for treating me like that.
Anyways I'm off topic. I don't have trouble talking to others tbh. In fact I am pretty good at it so really it's just viewing people's intentions. It took me a WHILE to figure out my ex was abusing my mental health. Granted my great grandfather died on Valentine's day. So she decided to still do the shit that she was doing after the fact. She is just heartless and tries to lol you into a sense of securement by telling you, "It will be alright, everything will get better." You know just to comfort. But if she ment everything she said, she wouldn't have to leave me and would try to get her ass off her bed and get a damn job then move in. She didn't want a long term relationship. She wanted a fling without telling me so and it hurt when she was telling me all these horrible things over the phone.
In a nutshell when I watched this video and saw that bad couple dynamic it reminded me of my recent relationship. So I can relate to Mark's struggles a little.

A year or so later I found out that she cheated a whole lot more. Just break it off immediately. Don't get mad or fight with them. That's the healthiest response.
