I think the call with 8’s was too aggressive. You block the flush which is good but you also block the missed 87 straight draw which is bad. There are less hands that he is bluffing with and he’s going to show up with the best of it more often than not. 75 with no club would be a nice hand he could bluff with, maybe Ax with the Ace of Clubs sometimes? Aside from that, TT, JJ, QQ sometimes and all of his sets are there.

Probably the only _bad_ call was with pocket 6s making a set... but pot committed and _only_ $200 to call, yeah what can you do?

Your turn big bet with 88 was a mistake imo. You are polarizing with 2nd pair. I think you also limited villain's river range too much. Imo he can have several other hands that are ahead.

The reason they call with random overcards is so you don’t see it coming when the call with an overpair

5:47 thats not great logic... a J is only gonna call a min raise or $100 3bet... think about that also 88 vs JJ you should have checked the turn your not getting him off 910 or better, hes catching bluff and under pairs... I won on ESPN the only vlogger who can really play is rampage
