You can't I-spin Tetris, the max. I-spin line clear you can do is a triple. The """I-spin Tetris""" shown in this video had the I piece fall a few blocks after the spin move, which disqualifies the move as a spin.
Any tetris piece that is not a T-piece will not deal extra damage. Based on how modern tetris matrices work, you are allowed to spin the I-piece into the hole if you know how to. The piece cleared four lines so, the game's system picked up the clear as a Tetris. The damage dealt was the same as any other Tetris.
