Jake, I hope the sun directly on his skin. My oldest daughter weighed 4 lbs and was a month early. She had to stay an extra week in the neonatal in an incubator with a sun light lamp and tiny baby swim goggles on for a week. He likes when you talk to him quietly. Good job papa.

Don’t start driving him around to get to sleep. You will end up doing it for ages. Jaundice is normal at first, sunshine is the best medicine. Living life as normal around a new born sets them up for success in sleeping around normal activities and you will get him to settle so much easier. He is gorgeous and cute. Congratulations. My son had same thing happen to him when brought him home , and I took him walks outside and let him lay in front of window too, it won't take long and Junior will feel better , you both are doing great , he's a handsome little guy

My son was born at 35 weeks. He was jaundice and had to do the light therapy. He was in the meet you for 10 days. There’s nothing to be too concerned about like others has said his jaundice doesn’t seem life-threatening. It could be worse. May God bless you all. @ 5:00 the yellow around his eyes, looked much better versus when you were in the car. I love and miss the sounds of when they’re taking their bottle. It’s just pure joy. Congratulations to you guys. Soak it all up while you can cause as you know they grow up way too fast. Don’t worry about the little things going on around you just soak up all the babytime you get

Awe, he's gonna be fine. My nieces both had to use a jaundice blanket. Most babies have a tad of it.. both my kids did but they didn't have those cool blankets like they have now. Take care y'all!
Jr's eyes are so big when he opens them. My daughter had the Jaundice and i was told to lay her under the florecent lights for an hour about three three times a day. It was winter so its not sunny out, but it didnt take no time and it was gone under those lights. He will be just fine . 🙏. Jake and Lyssa your doing such a wonderful job with him. Im in love with this little Boss baby, he brings me so much joy. I wish i could pick him up and give him cuddles. I was always around three of my grandaughters taking care of them from newborn till teenagers. I miss that part. Now there all grown up and no great grandbabies in sight.
