I'm from Crawford county Pennsylvania,he will most likely head to trial by the end of this year. The system there, has always made sure nothing is missed beforehand.
Thank you and yes that is the main thing. Hope the outcome whatever it may be helps bring peace. Though the Amish here will lean on their faith regardless. Appreciate you tuning in.
Lord, be with the Byler family. Strengthen them in Thy ways, preserve them from sin. Comfort them with the grace of forgiveness even as justice is carried out. And Lord, bring the murderer to repentance and conversion. Amen.
Thanks for the newest updates. As a resident of Crawford county I am anxious to hear of any news about this case. Like your videos, they are well informed and interesting.
I assume the reason the authorities are being tight lipped about this case, is due to the potential for pretrial publicity tarnishing any potential jury pool.
I have never understood why courts take so loooong to hold a trial when one considers…. The federal Speedy Trial Act provides some instruction for federal cases. For example, it requires formal charges to be brought within 30 days of an arrest. One of the main reasons for the right to a speedy trial is to prevent a defendant from being held in custody for a long time, only to eventually be found innocent.
The reason they need to give lawyers so much time to go over evidence and prepare the case, really has more to do with the lawyer's schedule than it does with the actual case and evidence etc. If there isn't sufficient time for the defense lawyer to do his best to prepare his case, that can be used on appeal to overturn the verdict. I am just explaining ut because some folks either don't know that or they don't think of it,and also it can seem like it gives more advantage to a defendant, but it doesn't. Its really just about the lawyers involved and their schedules.
Thank you for the latest update. I will stay posted for your next video! Justice for Rebeka and peace and continued prayers for the family 🙏 God Bless!

What happened to the person who killed the Amish children in the school.
Were the Amish who attended the Courthouse in support of Cranston or the victim? ✅️

Do Amish men have to get rid of their beard if and when they become widowed?
No, and having a beard just shows they joined the church, not marriage, at least in Holmes and Wayne County ohio sects
@@CowboySJ I believe in Lancaster County men are supposed to grow beards when they get married.
