Like watching an entire video on making homemade empenadas and then they use frozen store bought empanada wrappers. Your videos are very good and helpful to me. I look at process and then make it my own modified way depending on ingredients. Always learning. You Tube is amazing and cookbooks are heavier every year.

Turned out well! Quick and easy to make. Set fairly quickly, only thing I would change is to serve the biscuits on the side so they don't go soggy.

You must chill the mousse enough time in the fridge until it's set.
When you pouring the cookie butter make sure it's not too hot.
