    Cinnabon uses their own secret blend of Cinnamon in all their baked goods. When it comes to making the best cinnamon roll, every detail counts. This is my first time in making cinnamon roll with caramel glazed topping hope you will all love it.
    CINNABON
    Ingredients:
    1. Flour 3 cups
    2. Milk powder 3 tbsp
    3. Caster sugar 3 tbsp
    4. Instant yeast 1 tbsp
    5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
    6. Egg 1
    7. Oil 3-4 tbsp
    8. Lukewarm water 1 cup
    9. Butter 3 tbsp
    10. Brown sugar 1/2 cup
    11. Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
    .
    Ingredients for caramel glazed topping:
    1. Brown sugar 1/2 cup
    2. Butter 2 tsp
    3. Milk 2 tbsp
    .
    Method:
    1. In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well to make a soft dough. Set a side for fermentation for 1 hour.
    2. After fermentation flat the dough with the help of rolling pin and apply softened butter and sprinkle brown sugar mixed with cinnamon powder.
    3. Roll it and cut in to 2 inch slices and place them in greased baking pan and place in warm area for 1/2 an hour for fermentation.
    4. Bake it at 180*C for 15-20 minutes.
    5. In a wok or sauce pan add brown sugar, butter and milk and mix well cook for a while until it become slightly thick, pour caramel glazed over the baked cinnamon roll and serve hot.
    DELICIOUS CINNABON is ready.
