i haven’t done a workout in 2 years. i’ve been heavily depressed and would go weeks on end without even getting out of bed. the most active i would get was when i would manage to go to my on campus classes. i’ve made the commitment for this year to enjoy my youth and love my body. this workout is the beginning of a new journey i’m taking and i’m so happy you make beginners workouts.

I was in a pretty serious car accident in February. My pelvis and lower back took the blunt of the hit.(I locked my foot on the break as we appoarched impact; causing my leg,hip, and pelvis to take the impact.) It has cause me tremendous issues with pelvic and spinal alignment. Prior to the accident I had been doing yoga daily for almost 5 years. I lost nearly 70lbs. Post accident i cannot do yoga. Lateral streches pull me right out of alignment along with most of the twisting movements in yoga 😢 Ive been lost for workouts. I stumbled upon your videos this weekend. And it occured to me that this type of video may be my answer. I couldnt have picked a more targeted work for what my physical therapist wants me to do for recovery. And all without Twisting in ways my pelivs refuses too. Thank you for this. I look forward to working out with you, as I continue to build my gulte, pelivis, and abdominal strength again. ❤
Loved how quick but effective this workout was! I feel the burn more than I do in a heavy weight booty workout. Also would love to see more ab + booty workouts! They go so well together
I LOVE this 10 minute work out. Would like to see you do the format for 20 minutes. Perfect combo of the booty band and squats, glute bridges followed by table top booty work. Love it!!!

Great exercise! I'm doing this because I have groin and piriformis pain. Wish there was a video workout for booty/hips/upper thighs to target those muscles and prepare to return hiking and running. But that's already a good mix.

Hello. Thank you for this! Will you do more weighted 20-30 min lower body workouts, where there isn't a warm-up or cool down? I just feel like with warm-up and cool downs the workout is only like 20 minutes for a 30-minute workout and 15 for 20 mins. Thank you!
