Hello, thank u for the explanation. It was v clear. My q is, i am buying a home and my loan amount is 48.5l. now my seller wants to show some work order and the loan amount is 30l for that. What is this worl order? And why is it necessary for resale property?
Can I take home loan for buying individual property to build house in residential area, which is not registered in government like colony etc.
How about part payment ? is there additional charges in HDFC bank and how many times in a year can we do part payment ?

For eg: a person took a loan of amt 10L according to property price but the bank has given a sanction of only 7L but need remaining 3L amount as well.
And the banker has suggested for a parallel funding ? How does that work?

fixed isnt like that. fixed is only given for 2 years then again its moved to flexi. and fixed ka interest rate 1 % zyada charge kartey hdfc
