They would think I was crazy. Now if the movie stops and the lights come on and someone says there's a fire..comon sense says there's probably a fire! I live 80+ miles north of Morrow, GA, and there are police shortages in most departments in Georgia. I have a neighbor directly across from me on my street who is with that city's force. They are so desperate for officers ( as are numerous departments in Georgia) that Morrow pays a higher salary to my neighbor than he can get here, provides him a City of Morrow Police vehicle to him to travel 80+ miles to work one way, and furnishes all the fuel for that vehicle for his commute, plus insurance, major medical group policy and benefits for he, wife and two children. Just the commute must run a half of tank of gas a trip ( and I'm pretty sure he runs 80 MPH on the interstate) plus the use of it on a 12 hour shift. He "tanks up" in Morrow before coming home. With 30+ officers in the department plus the entire various other departments of the City of Morrow, is that the most efficient way to spend the taxpayer's money? Give me a break !!!

I also think it's great to appeal to the officers to NOT violate our rights regardless of the ordinances. But they are stuck in a position to uphold the ordinance or probably lose their job. It's almost a waste of breath with the officers.
The real battle is in the court where rulings can be made to force cities to drop unlawful ordinances.

      Iodine deficiency causes low IQ
I wish cops would learn the constitution before swearing the oath
I wish they would also read The Salt Fix and learn how to get healthy ... Fear of salt leads to iodine deficiency causing lower IQ ... This is how people get More Stupid after being brainwashed
Big sugar has us brainwashed... Salt retention happens in the kidneys as a reaction to insulin

They were not extremely aggressive which is good. However, there's nothing polite or respectful about violating someone's rights. Hopefully they get educated and become polite and respectful.

Each one of these guys has a device in the palm of their hands that they can utilize to access and research the actual law yet they are sooooo sure they are correct, they don't even bother to try to research it. Lawsuit incoming solely from their willful ignorance.

The lawsuit won't effect them in the least, so what do they care? It all rolls downhill- the taxpayer pays their salary, the taxpayer will pay for the city and police officer's legal defense, the taxpayer will pay for the settlement.
I'd like to think that eventually people will recognize the abusive relationship between them and government and realize they're being extorted and oppressed, but it hasn't even remotely clicked for the majority of people despite living in the age of information.

They believe that a town ordnance supersedes federal laws, so to that extent a four house hamlet at a crossroads in the middle of no where can create laws to hang shoplifters and that cops may have sexual access to your wife and daughters if you are caught speeding, just because three old men in a hut town hall say so. I exaggerate for effect.
