    In India we use most of them except saffron .It's expensive .Red chilli flakes of Turkey ...I love the taste (kirmizi biber ).

      I was going to comment the same but only to find that the Indian community has already said so. 🙌😆
      Saffron is quite the premium stuff. We sometimes use it in desserts as well. I love the colour it brings. 😌

      It's is also super interesting to find how Cinnamon sounds similar in Hindi. दालचीनी(Dalchini) and Tarçın.

    Tarçin = cinnamon = canela (in Portuguese). Although we also use the others.

    In Malta we use a lot of mixed spice for our stews! Unfortunately I can’t buy any Niagella seeds which I would love to try. Tesekkur for sharing ❤️🇲🇹

    In generally i use tarçin , karamfil, kimyon ve karabiber , kırmızı biber .

      ​@@greatstar8554I recommend you try the taste of salep again. It's really a wonderful beverage. We consume it frequently during the winter months. I don't know if you've heard of boza, but cinnamon is also added to it... 😊
