In India we use most of them except saffron .It's expensive .Red chilli flakes of Turkey ...I love the taste (kirmizi biber ).

Saffron is quite the premium stuff. We sometimes use it in desserts as well. I love the colour it brings. 😌
It's is also super interesting to find how Cinnamon sounds similar in Hindi. दालचीनी(Dalchini) and Tarçın.

Tarçin = cinnamon = canela (in Portuguese). Although we also use the others.

@@greatstar8554I recommend you try the taste of salep again. It's really a wonderful beverage. We consume it frequently during the winter months. I don't know if you've heard of boza, but cinnamon is also added to it... 😊
