I have been knitting for 17 years. I just got my machine monday this week, and been cranking out hats with left over yarns. The reason I bought my machine, was to save time when Making hats with left over yarn for the students who are in need of winter gear. I hope to have a total of 40 hats done in the next 3-4 days and finish off the bag of 40 pompoms.

I just bought myself a Sentro machine (for my 67 birthday this week) and I scoured Pinterest and RUclips for help. I have to say that your tutorial was by far the BEST, most extensive, and easiest to follow and understand. Thank you so much. I feel much more confident after viewing your video(s).

I got the 48 pin Sentro just a week ago. I cannot knit but do crochet. I wanted to be able to make hats faster. Also my arthritis has been causing me lots of problems so this will be a nice way to use up a lot of my 3 & 4 wt yarns. Thank you for this great tutorial. ❤

I love Mrs Coffee’s tutorials …I have knitted and crocheted for around 55 years… I love doing things, the old-fashioned way, such as quilting by hand and etc. however, I bought the Sentro knitting machines (22, 40 and 48)for speed. I am having trouble with it dropping stitches. I have about figured out after about a week that it has everything to do with the tension but I am curious as to know how I would like the Addi machine. I do have some issues recommending the Sentro…I am a perfectionist and I have ripped out one hat 6 times…I’ve tried watching every stitch as it goes by and will still miss one…I think I will order an Addi tomorrow and see for myself which one I like the best. I am a very crafty person. I have made my own furniture working with wood. I have made quilts and have had my own clothing line and so at first I was sure that it was me but after a week of struggling with the Sentro machine I am beginning to wonder. Lol. Appreciate any comments or suggestions. Thank you so much.

I just got my machine a few days ago and have been watching a LOT of videos. Yours is FAR AND AWAY the easiest to follow (and with only relevant talking and not a lot of unnecessary repeating or watching you crank every single stitch). I am now comfortable with how to use waste yarn, how to change colors, how to use the tensioner, and casting on and off. THANK YOU!

Hi! Hugh thank you to you for this video. Your instruction and explanation were crystal clear and I was able to make my first (and second) headband. I had been struggling with the closing of the ends, but you made it very understandable. I did find that I had to do at least 90 rows - maybe it was my tension or the yarn I used. The first one was 75 rows and ended up being more of a child size, which is totally great, too. Thanks so much again. Have a lovely weekend!

thank you for this video... I got this Sentro machine for Christmas. Instructions were very well done. I made my first headband. I love it. I never could knit by hand (leftie) and my mother refused to teach me to knit, threw her hands up in the air and said I was impossible, lol and even though this is sort of cheating to make... at least I can say its knitted! @@dreamdream4196 thank you.. you know I did and i talk to anyone who i catch knitting in public... I can knit and I can pearl, i understand the concept of knitting, the loop goes on one side or the other... its normally the pattern... after Im finished.. it looks inside out or backwards or both. So I've tried to reverse the stitch, make my knit their pearl and the pearl their knit. (Somehow in Crochet, I managed to figure out most of the patterns so they look right, and Im fast....)so knitting by a pattern is on my bucket list, you might say. I have looms and now this circular knitter which makes more items than I can dream of, been watching you tube, slippers, hats, headbands and scarves etc.

Wow, I like the head rap. I have a machine like that but a different co. Got it back in 2001. The yarn kept coming of the needle so I put it in the closet will now have to take it out and try this rap. Thank you so much for this video.
