I love the original version a lot, of course because it's an amazing song overall, but it also really takes me back to the good old days. But I think I like this version more. You can really hear how TryHardNinja is more experienced in singing and the strength in his voice is like no other. This song feels kinda different but also as amazing (if not even more) as the old version.
This remake feels a lot smoother and less in your face. Don't get me wrong the original will always hold a special place in my heart, but this one is just a lot more smooth. I feel like I am both at a rave and chilling in a lazy river. 8/10 great song man. You have improved a lot.

Now that I look back, these series of videos were a huge inspiration for a lot of things, my singing career from before High school to now, making Castles - broken and new in MC and D&D, invading portals, mysterious strong entities... I am very thankful that I got to grow up with such amazing artists making music for a storyline in a game I've always loved. And while I honestly prefer the original over this one, there are still little details I can appreciate about this version- for example, the little change you did in the pluck melody throughout the song where instead of the exact melody playing over and over again, there's the slightest change with one of the notes where it's raised by one note, I liked that subtle change! I'm gonna find a timestamp for this example... Edit: It happens around 0:23, that's just one example!

I remember finding the fallen kingdom (complete series) like somewhere in 2016 or 2017. Even if I didn’t see the release of this song in 2013, it’s still an amazing song.
The OG version was fire, but this one's even better! The only thing why the old one brings more nostalgia has definitely gotta be the story behind it! New one's style fits more with the 2023/24 vibe but the animation in the old one is truly epic!

Happy to see your willingness to revisit your old songs and remake them for the modern age of things. though i will admit not all songs are easily made for the modern remake, thus this one prevailed And I love it just as much. this song - hell, the whole series really - was so incredibly important to me as a kid and STILL inspires me to this day. to hear take back the night remade like this and sound THIS incredibly good is like a dream come true. absolutely gorgeous work

As a (younger) kid, songs like these were all I looked forward to when I grabbed my tablet. All I would do was listen to video game music, especially this song along with the others in the fallen kingdom series. These songs were basically my childhood, and definitely influenced me and helped me turn out how I did today. Thank you so much for remaking it, this was an absolutely amazing thing to listen to!

the original version of this has been part of my playlist for many many years and I recently found your Fallen Kingdom remake and now this and its just, these songs are part of my earliest Minecraft days, its amazing how much emotions they hold even now

I remember finding the fallen kingdom (complete series) like somewhere in 2016 or 2017. Even if I didn’t see the release of this song in 2013, it’s still an amazing song.
