I'm confused as to what are the respective authorities doing at the border.

number of cars arrived in goa during this last two weekends are uncountable. They dont follow the signage, rules and drink n drive is very common. I do not object Rent a car, but i request all the rent a car brothers to handover your cars to proper tourist. With 1500 they think they bought a new car and road belongs to their father.
