Sorry to be off topic but does anybody know a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost my password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me.
@Marley Royce I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
He did, and if I had listened to him instead of throwing different baits we probably would have caught more at that spot. That's why you bring people who know what's up!
@@LAFishBlog I’m the same way it really doesn’t bother me to not be catching. I will be fishing the trestle guy with me is banging them and I will try 20 different colors because I just want to see what they’re willing to hitting hell I might find the magic one color. Keep doing what you do!!
I think anyone reading this should definitely try that but, for what it's worth, I have and it still tangles. Everything tangles. I think it's just how much it tangles over the course of fishing trips. Thanks for commenting!
Hey John, thanks for watching! There is a link to detailed instructions on my website for tying a Double Rig in the video description below. Thank you!
I'll have to check later when I get time as I do not remember the exact name brand. I can tell you that type of hook is called a flutter hook. I got them from Gus' Tackle in Slidell.
I go by water color and sunlight to decide what to throw. In cleaner, clearer water with good sunlight I'd throw lighter / natural colored stuff. Dirty water with overcast days I go to purple/black and maybe a chartreuse tail. In bright light with dirtier water I go with chartreuse. In very low light of dawn, dusk, or night I like solid black. If one color starts working I'll put 2 of the same color on the double rig.
Hey Denny are you on the North Shore by Bayou Bonfouca? I have heard of the grass beds like its a specific place but I am not sure. I know you say fish conditions not spots and I agree but I just am so curious. I just recently found the Hospital wall. Well at least I think I found the Hospital wall. Anyway, I just recently moved to Slidell. I don't go fishing nearly often enough so I am trying to get better on the few times I do go. Thanks for all your help. Your Spoil Canal route was priceless.
I don't know who Denny is? lol jk Anyway, what I did when I got home is what will answer your question. I took the GPS tracks off my boat and uploaded them to Google Earth Pro on my computer, and made another video going over everywhere I went and everything that happened (just to fill in all the gaps). Dude great vid, really think LFB will really blow up if you keep them coming. Great content and a little taste of what you can learn from LFB elite.
Correction “LAFB”
Thanks, Aaron. I really enjoy doing this.

Excellent video!
Thank you very much!
Pink & shrimp color
Good choice
9:55 The two colors I would use are chartreuse and chartreuse :-)
ha ha ha ha I hear you, thanks for commenting Rich
In response to 9:55 something like Matrix Shad in Ultraviolet and Purple Haze
Agreed
Awesome video buddy 👍
thank you so much

Love my double rig....never leave home without it
It hammered the trout again yesterday.
Double gaftop would be a hell of a fight!
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha yes it would be
No lie I actually have caught double catfish on a spec rig right by the beach at grand isle
Man, that's crazy. Was it double hardheads or sail cats?
@@LAFishBlog double hard heads
9:55 Depending on water conditions, almost always a light and dark color. Like a chartreuse sparkle beetle and a purple sparkle beetle.
Yeah, you can never go wrong with a chartreuse sparkle beetle...classic.
Try a dropper loop for the tandem rig. No tangles at all.
I think anyone reading this should definitely try that but, for what it's worth, I have and it still tangles. Everything tangles. I think it's just how much it tangles over the course of fishing trips.

@@LAFishBlog Just twitch your rod couple times they will untwist themselves. Also shorting up your tandem rigs help too.
My 2 colors for a double rig wud be white and chartreuse. Another great vid, show us how to tie a double rig!

My grandfather died from skin cancer, soooooo...

I’m a big chartreuse fan but I’ve caught more fish on matrix shad glow. I would probably use matrix shad lemonhead and glow .
Good choices.
I would pick 2 colors the fish want. LOL
solid answer, lol

Chartreuse purple or dark color
Excellent choices
I'd use a light color and a dark color. I don't think the actual color matters.
Agreed, especially if the fish are in a feeding frenzy.
