What's your favourite dish to air-fry?
Cod fish with chai poh. Super easy and fast and minimum cleaning.
French fries and mushrooms
Salmon marinated with either white/black pepper and mixed herbs or white/black pepper with Peri Peri powder seasoning, frozen chicken patties and some others!

Lery, if you want crispy salmon skin, airfry the piece of salmon, skin side up. I usually airfry at 190 degrees for 18-20 minutes and the skin is super crispy but airy!!! That temperature and duration is for cooking in a cold airfryer(so the airfryer is not preheated nor warm in the first place).

@@yukilynx3526 The 1st attempt we did air-fry the potatoes (like we cut in half and put it inside) but it takes very long time for it to be cooked. So would recommend to boil the potatoes instead. Mash the potatoes and add butter.
We also air fryed the bacon to crispy bacon bits. Depending on what you like to put inside the shepheard pie (ours we put hard boiled eggs, mixed vegetables and bacon), you mix them with the mashed potatoes. Season with pepper and a bit of salt as the bacon is already salty and we will be adding cheese later. Then put it in like those alumni cup thing (for the egg tarts), topped with cheese and into the air fryer for 3mins at abt 100 over degrees.
I did ask my dad about how much ingredients he put in but his reply was "Agar".
Crispy chicken with beancurd wrappings is the best.
