As french, a little explanation. We use a LOT the sentence "C'est comme ça" when it's something you can do NOTHING about it. Like, it's a fact. It is deep to say, and you can't say anything about it to make the other one better. For exemple. " My life sucks... "Oui, mais C'est comme ça." = Yeah but this is what this is." There is no solution against c'est comme ça.

I love how frantic and manic the song is. Accepting it is the way it is and the frantic pace of the song represents the chaos around us as we accept it.
This is such a clever song. The music arrangement, the lyrics - profound and introspective and mature. This song has something to say about our society and how a lot of us pride ourselves on our issues without putting in the effort to change them. I know not everyone, but it’s just a statement in our current society, it’s honest and authentic to what they think, even if people may disagree with them. Love this band more and more each day.

their lyrics are so smart and introspective, and always sewn up into a flawlessly tight and ingenious arrangement. even after so many years, they‘re still in a league of their own. nobody does it like Paramore
Paramore just blows my mind each era. Even Hayley’s solo album always sounds different from the last one, and always something absolutely unique. I don’t even know what they’re genre is anymore, it’s almost like they created a new one on their own.
This song kinda describes how I feel nowadays, those spoken lyrics are like my inner self talking to myself while I sit still in chaotic situations with my resting bitch face trying to control all the crazy on the inside. It's like sitting silent when you actually want to scream and break things and push everyone around you.

This song is personal to me-
When I was younger I used to suffer from manic episodes and write for what seemed like hours, with scribbled writing like on the video and often repeating phrases.
“Getting better is boring” - 100%, it’s almost shameful to admit but I created some of my best work as an artist when I was incredibly manic or depressed.
“The high cost of chaos, who can afford it?” … it cost me relationships, friends, and isolated me entirely to the point of trying to graduate from life early on several occasions
…one of their best songs imo. They never disappoint.
The path of the true artist is one of poverty and obscurity and isolation necessary to work ... People who cannot accept these facts are not, in fact, Artists.
I think I'm in my manic depression phase, because my mental health has declined and my artistic skills have skyrocketed, and I have like, 2 friends, but hey, I'm productive 👍

I heard the song on Apple and the truth is that its lyrics are wonderful apart from the fact that they are changing their musical genre for something much more mature; its variations change, so I conclude that This Is Why will be an album of constant melodic changes and quite conceptual lyrics. Congratulations to Paramore for such an extraordinary job and I reiterate to Zac, Taylor and Hayley I want to meet you personally at the Movistar Arena in Colombia. I love you very much and I will always support you.

Does this feel phoned the hell in to anyone else? Hayley was such a complex and masterful lyricist on her solo work but it feels like she’s afraid to reproduce that for Paramore
Lyrically this is a very simple track. I won’t dispute that the subject matter is heavy but the chorus was annoying by the second time it played, and I rolled my eyes when the verse was spoken-word and didn’t rhyme or flow well at all. I can’t imagine anyone listening to it more than once to be honest, it has zero replay value. This is coming from a massive Paramore fan who adores After Laughter and Hayley’s solo work, I feel like it’s a massive step down.
And to your last point, Hayley is the frontwoman and would probably have full control over her lyrics at the very least. But whether it was her decision or the bands decision, it still sounds worse for it.

The song can be short, basic and lack any personality, Paramore fans will always say it sounds incredible anyway. This Paramore has nothing to do with AWKIF, Riot! or BNE, it's just another indie band.
