Bro i am trying to figure out if there an Ai tool that can compare a scan pdf document fields ( non editable ) and fillable pdf document field and fill out the common field eg name , address , date of birth , phone number , and other license and certification fields . both the documents scan look different, but will have common fields. My job requires me to fill out forms or different applications on behalf of my company. I’m tired keep filling them out. What I usually do is just look at the old application and fill out the new application. do you have any recommendations? I can also do is input all the relevant data in a program, but the program needs to auto scan the PDF document and recognize the field and fill it out automatically please suggest
