Motorcycle Tire Change On Custom Stand

I made this rim stand for a friend and needed to borrow it and it works awesome

keep pushing the tires edge toward the deep part of the rim and push it toward the part that still needs to go over the edge , its actually possible to lay the tire on with just youre fingers (got pretty strong fingers) , try to flip the piece with the valvestem stuck trough last as that can get pinched during mounting when the tire gets pulled intoo the deep part of the rim
as for pressing it off the rim you could make an arm with a movable cressent about the circumference of the rim , bolt that to the center axle over the rim and use the leferage to push the bead off , might need to bolt the stand to the floor for that
