Went to school with Niall's dad Bobby great bloke and lovely family great to see Niall as Ireland's musical ambassador of song, and for many years the late great Joe Dolan held this position both true Mullingar men,who we are so so proud of.
Niall is a "new" discovery for me. All because of "The Voice". My " best friend" love him. We could listen to him talk all day,as we both love his accent. We love you from Canada, keep up the fantastic work. I,myself am a real Celtic Thunder fan. I've seen them once when they came up here. Now I have a "new" Irish treasure to add to my favorites. Love,Prayers and Shamrocks from Canada 🇨🇦❤️🙏🕊☘️
Gotta say that his vocals have improved a lot since 1D time. He obviously knows his limits and keeps his songs simple and chill and this is a very solid performance. I much prefer singers like Niall who is game to perform live even tho he doesn’t have the best vocals compared to those who rely on auto tune everywhere they go..

Zayn has a wide vocal range and a nice vibrato, Liam was already pretty good at his audition and Harry has a nice raspy voice. Niall’s vocals are better than Louis, but he is average like you and me. He was incredibly lucky to be chosen and had vocal trainings with the best in the industry. But like I said, I would rather a singer who can perform live than someone who uses auto tune or lip syncs…
You know what? He improved so much that I think he, for me, is now better than Harry in technique. Harry does have a great tone, but I've noticed him getting pitchy a lot in his live performances. Even Liam, for some reason I think he regressed vocally 😂. I actually think he was a better singer during his audition in x factor. For me technique-wise: 1. Zayn 2. Niall by a hair over 3. Harry and Liam 5. Louis Tone-wise Harry or Zayn

Personally there's little wrong with either his voice his tone or that song . I'd never compare anyone's ability to another as each performer is unique in their own ability style range and choice of song..that performance live was as good as any other and that song is catchy balanced and suits the young man's voice and talent
Niall handled the situation so gracefully. His voice is light years beyond what it once was. He is really likeable and impressive.
