One thing that helped my back acne was after rinsing the conditioner out of my hair in the shower I turned the water cooler and let it run on my back to get any excess soap or anything off so it didn’t sit on my skin. Ik it’s small but it definitely helped me!! 🥰
I flip my head over and wash it now I can't cope with washing conditioner off onto my body 😭
Watching Nat while running on the treadmill to make it go faster is the best tbh❤️❤️
