@@vanrielmarten i have the same issue if i do my runs in the afternoon .I feel much better if I go out early without eating anything in the morning
I heard Pro’s who get sponsored by red bull, get red bull cans with plain water in it. To drink before the camera without getting loads of sugar and caffeïne in =)

@@bongankqintiza6806 I find that a small breakfast in the morning makes me go to the toilet immediately (or during the warmup) so that I am perfectly prepared for the session :)
